Role: Creative Manager
‘Strategic, seasonal, classic, fitness campaigns of Reebok cover all digital touch points such as: email, mobile, social media, google ads, web, video, including the guidelines for different platforms and toolkits.
Responsibilities:
- Brand guardianship within local markets of Reebok in global region.
- Expanding & updating brand guidelines towards digital first retail experience.
- Improving marketing related ecom products for better and lean design experience together with UX & UI teams
- Setting up design thinking principles and processes for marketing activities of Reebok ecom
- Defining Reebok.com as a pilot platform for enforcing leading technologies and applying those principles to adidas.com in long term
- Working closely to create and correct digital guidelines of Reebok.com ecom for UX and UI teams. Get them aligned with the latest brand updates.
- Setting up best design & production practices for internal design teams
- Briefing external agencies and making sure the pitch and production works are aligned with brand’s annual global direction.
- Guiding internal designers and freelancers,
- Stakeholder management ( Business unit, local marketing specialists of Reebok, Consumer Experience team and EU marketing team)
