Digitalization of Reebok

Brief: Senior design expertise and guidence in digitalization of Reebok.com ecommerce platform for global marketing activities.

Process:
As part of Reebok ‘s digitalization efforts, I worked closely with BU, CX, UX, Analytics and Global marketing teams of Reebok, to keep brand consistency within all digital marketing channels of Reebok. I managed weekly meetings with the UX and UI team for relevant design changes in the website & mobile, as well as monthly meetings with CX team and product owners for ultimate brand experience within all marketing stacks of ecom.

I have led to monthly meetings with the local markets of Reebok (EMEA, NA, LATAM, APAC) to introduce our global campaigns, analyse the performance and respond local markets’ questions regarding brand consistency & activation within all commercial channels of the campaigns.
